Shipping Policies
At Loyaltea Aromatics, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here are the details of our shipping process:
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You'll receive a notification email once your order has shipped with the service you selected at checkout.
Shipping Transit Times
- Once your item has shipped and a tracking number is provided, transit times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Loyaltea Aromatics is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Pickup
- You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup in the New Braunfels area.
- After placing the order and selecting local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email to schedule a pick up at your convenience.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Loyaltea Aromatics is not responsible for these charges, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status
- When your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number to check status with the carrier.
- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@loyalteaaromatics.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
